Saturday, June 30th, 2007
Nothelle has been part of the auto industry since 1967 and this company is also known as a tuning specialist for Audi. The enhancement program for top-range Audi replica combines the maximum standards for vehicles and familiarity with the features of the company’s products.
As part of their anniversary, highlights accessible from the Nothelle program include wide-ranging alterations and modifications for the Audi TT – for both versions of the Roadster and the Coupe.
Included in the program are:
- Aerodynamic kit
- Boost in performance for the 2.0 TFSI up to 330 HP
- International debut: Rebuilt Turbo 3.2 V6 up to 520 HP and 635 Nm. Vmax approx. 308 km/h
- Wheel design “NOVEDRA IX” in 9.0 x 20 inch in four accessible finishes
- Optional Wheel design “NOVEDRA VII Sport” in 8.5 x 19 inch and multi-piece look
The flagship vehicle is powered by a twin-turbocharged version of the V6 Quattro that send up to 520hp and 635Nm of torque. The wrap up includes a shatterproof clutch and an especially modified gear transmission ratio for manual models. When outfitted with the DSG gearbox, the Audi TT arrives at a peak speed of about 308km/h.
The control for the 2.0L TFSI has been enhanced as well, with four unusual output phases obtainable ranging from uncomplicated ECU advances that give up to 40hp in enhancements thus equaling to a total of about 330hp and 400Nm of torque. Simply amazing, isn’t it?
The engineers gave the vehicle an additional sports suspension system (25mm lowering), high-flow exhaust system, and 19 or 20in lightweight aluminum-alloy wheels. As a final touch in completing the package, Nothelle affixed an inclusive body kit by way of a three-part rear spoiler (for further downforce), side-skirts, and a three-piece front spoiler.
I was able to see images of the Audi TT so I hope that I will be given the chance to have a closer look at this model to see if I will be impressed with the alterations they’ve made on the Audi TT’s door and door handle. That is, if there were any done. I’m looking forward to be fascinated just like when I saw the Mercedes Benz door handle and Mercedes Benz door on the very first version of the vehicle.
